WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE
The practice holds a contract for Primary Care Services with Croydon Primary Care Trust, Knolly’s House, 17 Addiscombe Road, Croydon. Tel: 020 8274 6000.
The surgery has access for the disabled as well as disabled toilet facilities.

The surgery is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.30pm.
